“I’ve been working at NCS for about four years now. I get to interact a lot with the clients, and they’re cool to interact with. A lot of them just like to be around you and share their problems. They need a good listener, and sometimes I can do that. 

Working through COVID, that was stressful. Maintenance didn’t get work from home days, because you can’t fix anything from home. You had to clean extra. But it felt good keeping others safe. They always say thank you, and that made me feel good.”
