“I’ve been working at NCS for about seven months now. I started as a Case Aide and was promoted to Recreational Specialist. One of my responsibilities is to prepare and serve the food. I feel like I’m helping the residents transition to a happier and healthier life. I just enjoy being with them. My heart fills when I watch them smile and spend time together with everyone getting along and just being happy. I get to feel like I am playing a part in making their lives better.”
