“You make me believe that there are still good people.”
“I moved to the United States from Togo, West Africa in 1999, and in 2004, I joined AmeriCorps. I worked with immigrants and asylum-seekers and loved the work I was doing. It inspired me to apply to get my Master’s in Social Work, and I went to Rutgers. Before I started working at NCS, I worked with Adult Protective Services. Someone once told me, “You make me believe that there are still good people.” I love helping people.”
