The NextGen Network Launch
This month, Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter launched the NextGen Network, our young professionals (20s and 30s) group that supports our mission by volunteering at NCS programs, having fun at social and fundraising events, and building relationships with like-minded peers.
Monday, October 7th was our first event – a Happy Hour at Foxy John’s for new members to meet each other. Then on Saturday, October 26th, the Network had its first volunteer event, where members had a chance to get to know some of the residents at Louis Line House. (Photos below)
We’re excited for this group to grow.
