Celebrating Innovation: A NextGen Network Event

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Celebrating Innovation: a NextGen Network event on June 14th at Common Ground.
Together we raised more than $25,000!
All money raised at the event will support NCS’s new student housing pilot.
We were shocked when we learned that 14% of CUNY students experienced homelessness within the past year. And we’re taking action.
NCS is addressing this issue with a pilot program that will provide year-round housing and support for homeless college students. The program will address not only homelessness but also the challenges that typically cause or accompany it.
Celebrating Innovation is an annual event hosted by the NextGen Network. The NGN connects young professionals in their 20s and 30s who are committed to NCS’s mission. The Network provides meaningful opportunities to learn about and help address homelessness in NYC, volunteer at NCS programs, have fun at a variety of social events, raise money to support our mission, and build relationships with like-minded peers.
