The Client Services Coordinator is involved in all aspects of the residents’ living environment, plans appropriate activities for the residents that maximize their development, and provides administrative support to the Program Director.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Residence Director and all members of the staff.
The Recreational Specialist is responsible for creating, planning and conducting a wide variety of organized recreational and leisure activities at the Residence every week. The individual will lead structured group programs designed to improve and maintain the general health and well-being of the residents.
The Director of Human Resources & Volunteer Services is responsible for all aspects of employee relations including recruitment and screening of applicants; hiring and onboarding new employees; benefits administration; coordinating staff development activities and supervisor/staff counseling; and updating personnel policies and procedures. S/he also supports NCS programs by developing volunteer capacity to enhance and expand agency programs and services; managing the recruitment, placement, and training of volunteers; and securing in-kind contributions for use by clients.
The Case Manager at the Louis Nine House provides outreach and counseling to the residents at the Louis Nine House supportive housing facility.
The Social Worker/Substance Abuse Counselor at Chance for Change, a small not-for-profit OASAS (part 822) licensed outpatient treatment program, will work with a team to address the needs of dually diagnosed homeless and formerly homeless men and women.
